If fashion is your thing, and you’re passionate about philanthropy, you’ll love what’s happening at East Square Plaza on the Fayetteville Square March 5–10.
All week long, local designers and boutique owners will strut the latest styles and trends for women, kids, and men, starting with Fashion Night Out on March 5. Each boutique and designer presenting a collection will host a pre-party that night, offering discounts and giveaways.
Parties following each fashion show throughout the week also are in the works, to be hosted by local bars and restaurants.
All proceeds from the entire week benefit community non-profit organizations serving animals, the arts, and humanities. Tickets are $25 per show.
“Fashion for philanthropy” is the brainchild of Jade Terminella and Danielle Vaughan, who had a vision for creating a major philanthropic event that would combine the best of local fashion and give back to the Northwest Arkansas community.
“NWA Fashion Week was created on behalf of an organic group of designers, boutiques, and other market leaders who are committed to creating a vibrant and exciting fashion community in Northwest Arkansas,” Jade says. “It’ll be an exciting shopping experience for local shoppers.”
