Would love to have her come by the Beaver Fly Fishing Club in Eureka Springs, and cook one of her great camp foods. That’s asking a lot I know, but thought I would give it a shot. Enjoy the show with her and John Philpot. Been watching it for years.

How can I ask Mr. John Philpot a question about where he gets his large two pocket good shirts? W. V. Williamson, 479-936-6238 or wvbillwilliamson@gmail,com. Thank You

Phyllis asked John and this is his reply: The shirts I wore as we were producing Arkansas Outdoors mostly came from catalogs. At the time, I could not find that kind of shirt locally. Of course, you have to know that was some years ago.
I ordered most of those shirts from catalogs . . . Cabellas, John Blair Company and others. Since then, Cabellas has been bought and folded into Bass Pro Shop. Other catalog companies have gone virtually online. I still have a closet full of those shirts. I’m just waiting another three months for the weather to cool off enough so I can wear them.

I can’t get the blueberry pie recipe to come up on my computer. Phyllis Spears made it on Cooking on the wild side in August 2019. She said it was the best blueberry pie recipe ever! Thank you.

Is there anywhere that I can purchase all of the cookbooks from Cooking on the Wild Side? Or all of the cookbooks by Phyllis? I want to get them for my mom for Christmas and I can’t find a link to them anywhere.

Over the years, I have collected pottery from all over the country, so it could be from anywhere.
One of my favorite potters are the Dahlstedt’s from Mountain View. Dave uses a sort of green glaze on his pots that is a favorite.

Any of the cookbooks that are still available can be obtained from Arkansas PBS in Conway.
